RIDE APP DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS IN ANY STATE, City, OR COUNTRY. NO CLIENT SHOULD BE REQUESTED FOR A CASH PAYMENT OR A CASH TIP, WHEN USING THE RIDE WITH US APP.

To sustain and maintain public safety in the Rideshare Industry, all ride with us App Drivers

shall always while maintaining the ride with us App:

Outside/Exterior Signage: The DRIVER shall be required to display trade dress to identify

the TNC vehicle with a particular TNC (ride with us App) while the vehicle is used to provide

services.

 THERE WILL BE NO TOLERATION for use of alcohol or drugs by drivers or

riders while using the RIDE WITH US RIDE App. If you believe your driver may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, please ask the driver to END THE TRIP IMMEDIATELY. Then exit the car and call 911. 

After the driver has ended the trip, please report any feedback directly in the app by tapping Help from the menu and selecting your issue.

RIDE WITH US RIDE APP will promptly suspend account access upon receipt of a report from any person who reasonably suspects the driver is under the influence of drugs or alcohol while providing rideshare services or delivery services for further

investigation.

Background, civil checks, and motor vehicle reports, that are current & is up to standard to

ensure legal compliance and public safety.

Prudently we currently accomplish this with one system:

CHECKR (The standard reporting system of the industry).

The following reports are PROCESSED in the CHECKR system to become a ride driver.

Criminal Background Check

Motor Vehicle Report

International Interpol Report

Based on report we may run civil reports for further considerations.

EVERY SIX MONTHS EVERY RIDE WITH US APP DRIVER Info is RE- PROCESSED to ensure compliance with

States AND FEDERAL LAW.
